Fully loaded full time equivalent (FTE) resource cost for complex contextual processes where output units of measure are not homogeneous, e.g. commercial contract review, negotiation. 

Cost based on each productive hour for effort expended. Primarily suitable for project based assignments.

Fixed price cost for large projects consisting of homogeneous assignments with defined scale and scope, e.g. summary of large set of legal documents such as contracts, depositions etc.

Fixed fee for defined scope of work. Mostly relevant where net delivery expected and the volume of transaction is not relevant e.g. legal research.

Cost based per transaction. For transactional processes where output unit is broadly homogeneous and fluctuation in volume is minor and predictable, e.g. data entry in case/ contract management tool, standard NDA review.

Fixed cost for defined scope of work and additional payout only for successful outcomes being delivered as per predefined metrics/ milestones.
